James brings a wealth of experience to the team from 40 years of project and construction management, mostly in oil and gas, with BP and other oil majors.

James has worked globally on some of the largest - financially and physically - and most innovative projects in offshore and onshore locations. James has managed all aspects from design interface through construction, to installation, testing and commissioning. This included contractor selection and management of schedule, quality, manning levels, and safety performance which all combined to achieve a completion end date with financial impact.
